No question, the fashion world has its various styles according to different locations: the Parisian chic, the classic British style or even the trend-sense of the Americans. With his eponymous label EMRE ERDEMOĞLU, the young Turkish designer moved from Istanbul to Berlin for the second time to show his collection during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin.

And at first sight, you can see the weather difference between here and southern Europe. In his Autumn/Winter 2016 collection, Emre Erdemoğlu shows sporty, casual shorts-coat combinations, crop tops, mini dresses and knee length skirts. With it come cut outs details on sleeves and front edges and a lot of transparency, showing some skin.
Surprisingly, the new collection shows a striking number of female outfits, although up to now the designer devoted more to expressive men's collections. He designed a silver skirt for men, which is only the justified connection between the two sexes.
The slightly wider silhouettes give an avant-garde and cool look for men and women, supported by playing with different lengths and the colour combination of silver and white, which was shown at the beginning of the show. The colour palette is later complemented with copper tones, black, gray and bordeaux. The shiny metallics are a fundamental viewpoint of this collection and are combined with mat textiles. Furthermore, the designer connects different structures with each other. Materials that seem to have a three-dimensional appearance, hit upon leather or furry, leopard-like fabrics. The transparent parts are combined with knitwear, like a loosely thrown over woolen cape.

A copper coloured jumpsuit that was emphasized at the waist by a belt marks the memories for its excellence and outstands from the rest of the collection.
