The beautiful designer with Ukrainian roots, EWA HERZOG, presented a dreamy collection at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin, showing gorgeous dresses, beautiful colours and a lot of skin in an enchanting way.
Ewa Herzog made it again – made you dream about lace. Working with lace has been her signature since she founded her label in 2010. To an extent the beautiful dresses were made of lace – with ruffles cascading across the body, with big cuttings in the back and transparent elements – and speak for themselves. Ewa Herzog used lace to create transparency and show the woman´s skin. Dresses dominated the show. The designer showed various kinds of dresses with different cuts and lengths: mini, to the knees and to the ground. The dresses often had a waisted cut, which underlined the femaleness. Ewa Herzog also played with asymmetries giving the dresses a sense of movement. She created long lace-dresses by adding flowing fabrics, which were softly falling on the runway. Romantic and feminine – quite in the style of Ewa Herzog. Other looks were added to the collection with jumpsuits, skirts and shorts.
The show was opened with a long white dress with many ruffles, which was followed by a black dress with a long trail of lace. Quite surprising, that she showed two contrary colors back-to-back. The feminine looks – all in the shades of beige, pale pink and white - underlined the girly character of the show. Vivid colours like yellow, mintgreen and different shades of blue added a summery vibe to the collection. Favourite pieces were an elegant set off shorts, a blazer and lace-bralette and a light-blue coat paired with a creme-coloured top and shorts, that prooved how romantic and girly pants can be. The models had pink-cheeked complexions and loosly braided hair flowing down their backs to underline the lighthearted atmosphere in the show.

Berlin-based designer Ewa Herzog stands for feminine styles and high-quaility fabrics. She didn´t dissapoint with this collection once more: the designs carry the handwriting of her. The collection was majestetic and made women dream about the desirable pieces.
