On the first day of Mercedes-Benz-Fashion Week Berlin, Berlin-based brand IVANMAN showed its Spring/Summer 2017 collection and brought a super mood and some kind of sunny feelings for the upcoming season.
Against all gender conventions, fashion designer Ivan Mandzukic showed shirts, jackets and plastic-shaped pullovers in soft pastel pink. To that, he combined high-waist, front-pleated trousers with rubber waistbands and white jackets over them. The jackets were mainly box-shaped, with oversized flap pockets and wide sleeves, from which the pullover and shirts’ sleeves sticked out. These visible cuffs gave a fascinating touch to the collection, which was dominated by white, a bit of black, some bright turquoise and, of course, pink. A highlight was a wide pink coat, coming in combination with pink trousers!

"On Wednesdays we wear pink" - of course, the new collection had, except for the main colour, not a lot in common with the legendary quote from the movie 'Mean Girls'. Yet, worn with sneakers, sandals or elegant shoes (with colour-matching socks!), the pieces IVANMAN designed for spring/summer 2017, will definitely turn 'mean boys' into stylish men. So dear boys, don't be scared: bring out your pastel pullovers!
