During London Fashion Week, FELDER FELDER showed their Autumn/Winter 2016 collection at Freemasons' Hall. The collection was titled "Conscious Wild Girl" and was a homage to modern, confident and positive wild girls.
The effortless style and rock'n'roll spirit was visible throughout the entire collection. The designer duo consciously chose to use recycled materials, ultimately creating a worn look, while also keeping it aesthetically pleasant. They recycled CDs and transformed them into embroidery and decorated coats and dresses in a graphic style that was inspired by artist Maya Hayuk. Going further into the used style, chainmail has been created from recycled glass and translated into pullovers, blouses and jumpsuits, resembling knit like material. The blouses and dresses were made out of organic cotton and decorated with glass embroidery. This aspect truly combined the wild, yet glamorous feel of the entire collection. Felder Felder went even further by using recycled plastic to create woven-like embroidery on coats and dresses to transform everyday trash, as they put it, into "something of beauty".
We are talking see-through jumpsuits with metallic and graphic details combined with black-plateaued ankle boots. Rock chic met glamour, truly! Material-mixed blouses with collar, V-cut back, and gloves just added to the design direction Felder Felder created. They paired skinny trousers with oversized blazers and padded jackets, which were often accentuated with fur. Many A-line skirts made out of different materials were put together with cropped tops forming a two-piece. Flared pants also came to show.
Front slits, turtlenecks, pleats, fringes, velvet and cut-outs were seen, as well as colours mainly including white and black. They incorporated modern glam rock chic elements with graphic, symmetric and metallic details in brighter colours.

The models also rocked the new hairstyle trend: the unicorn braid, which is a braid in the middle of the head, with the rest of the hair hanging loose on both sides. Their tattoos were also not hidden, making them embody the Felder Felder "Conscious Wild Girl" collection fully and truly.
