In 2011 the Danish Creative Designer ANNE SOFIE MADSEN launched her own brand. Her collection was presented at the London Fashion Week first, but since 2014 she is part of the Paris Fashion Week. After her graduation at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, she gained many experiences while working alongside John Galliano and also as Junior Designer at the renowned fashion house Alexander McQueen.
The A/W 2016 Collection is called "HEAVEN OR LAS VEGAS" and the first words which probably cross your mind could be glamour or glitter - BUT presenting at an underground parking is far from the first thoughts. Moreover, the collection is inspired by the fact that Elvis Presley was a twin-less twin and that his great-great-great-grandmother was Native American.

The show was about to start and the expectation rose after the first seconds of the Punk Rock soundtrack. In the first look Anne Sofie Madsen shows a long fur trimmed coat in dark brown with Cut-out sleeves. She combines it with a netted top and a long draped asymmetric skirt in curry. The following looks feature the clear trend of the collection: draped shapes, leather, rubber strings and fur. The model had mostly a short boy haircut and were very cold and blank - in our opinion very fitted to the inspiration of its collection.
